Yes, the ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue. The Alex Camp House is located inside the Dallas Arboretum. Please arrive on or before 5:30 pm. If interested, guests have the option of arriving early and walking around the gardens at the Arboretum before the ceremony.

Assuming mother nature cooperates, the ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be tented. We recommend bringing a wrap or light jacket if the weather is cool.

Please arrive at The Arboretum no later than 5:30 pm. The ceremony will start shortly afterward. Keep in mind that The Arboretum closes to the public at 5 pm, so as you arrive, you will see guests exiting. Event staff will be on hand to guide you to The Alex Camp House. We appreciate your punctuality.

The dress code for the evening is Black-Tie Optional. We ask that gentlemen wear a tuxedo or a suit with a tie. For ladies, a floor-length evening gown is encouraged but formal cocktail attire is also appropriate. Please note that the ceremony will take place on the lawn, so we recommend choosing footwear accordingly. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

Yes and no. If you are staying at The Highland Hotel (our recommended option), there will be buses running to and from the hotel and The Arboretum. However, if you opt to stay elsewhere, you will need to handle your own transportation. A transportation schedule will be provided at a later date for easy reference.

Guests should use the private entrance at The Arboretum through Gate #2, located on Lakeland Drive. Although signage indicates restricted access, guests can inform the gate attendant they are attending The Sobolevitch/Peetz wedding. Do not enter The Arboretum from the main entrance. Reminder, if you are staying at The Highland Hotel, transportation will be provided to and from the event via buses.

We want our wedding to be an intimate celebration with our closest family and friends. Due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your formal wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding, and we can't wait to celebrate with you!
